Ångermanland 2900 House with a beautiful location surrounded by farmland in the High Coast

The house was built in 1900 and is the main building of an agricultural property that was used for farming until the 1970s when the house was also renovated.

It is beautifully located in arable landscape in Salum village just outside of Ullånger and is located:

-1.2 km from a grocery store, gas station, ice cream parlor and thrift store.

- About a 20 min drive to Skuleberget and Skuleskogen nature park, climbing Via Ferrata.

- 13 min drive to Friluftsbyn.

- 30 min drive to both Bönhamn, Slåttdalsskrevan and Norrfällsviken.

- Several hiking trails are within a walking distance.

It is a fully equipped residential building and has:

- Refrigerator with freezer compartment

- Stove and microwave oven

- Washing machine

- WC and shower

- Vacuum cleaner + cleaning supplies

- One double bed, three single beds, one 1.20 bed. A total of 6-7 beds.

Bed linen and towels are provided by the tenant.

Cleaning and garbage disposal is carried out by the tenant before departure.
